Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic advisory and high-level service to new and returning students within the online campus.
• Master academic programs for the tetramestre and MAPS campuses to ensure accurate guidance.
• Drive student retention by implementing key permanence strategies and maintaining active engagement.
• Monitor student status using institutional tools including Banner, SAP, and CRM to identify irregular or inactive students.
• Analyze weekly reports to generate motivational proposals for students in irregular status.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with companies regarding students with low academic performance.
• Communicate important dates and academic information to students and corporate partners.

Requirements

• Completed professional degree.
• Proven experience in customer service or client attention.
• Proficiency with Banner, SAP, and CRM systems.
