Aseptic Technician II

Responsibilities

• Execute aseptic techniques and clean room procedures within a GMP facility
• Maintain and edit departmental cGMP documentation, including Batch Records and SOPs
• Perform environmental monitoring and staging of clean rooms
• Conduct accurate cell counts and manage seed production tasks
• Operate and maintain bioreactors and manipulate roller bottles
• Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms
• Perform inoculation, candling, and harvest of CEO seeds
• Document all production activities accurately in paper and computer-based systems
• Operate, set up, and take down departmental equipment

Requirements

• High school education or GED required
• Experience with aseptic techniques and clean room procedures
• Ability to follow cGMP regulations and documentation standards
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and wear a respirator
• Physical ability to lift 5 to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions
• Availability to work a scheduled 40-hour week with overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-high school education in the Sciences or related disciplines
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or at a Technician I level
• Strong mathematical, science, and computer skills
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
