Aseptic Processing Technician I

Responsibilities

• Complete training sessions and maintain training documentation
• Execute daily job assignments with consistent, error-free precision
• Produce lots accurately and complete batch records, forms, and documentation
• Perform materials stocking, kit preparation, reagent preparation, and equipment maintenance
• Identify errors and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Comply with Safety SOPs, SDS sheets, and OSHA regulations

Requirements

• B.S. degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related technical field
• 0-2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing
• Experience in cell culture and downstream processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP best practices
• Ability to pass a vision exam (20/20 near vision and color perception)
• Ability to wear cleanroom attire and a half-face respirator
• Ability to lift 45 lbs and stand/walk for 90% of the workday

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments
• Experience with ISO class 5 cleanroom operations
