Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes including suite preparation and material transfer
• Perform environmental monitoring and biosafety cabinet (BSC) runner duties
• Conduct final product inspection and cryopreservation in controlled rate freezers
• Manage materials stocking, kit preparation, and equipment cleaning
• Maintain accurate training documentation and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform liquid nitrogen (LN2) feeder cell retrieval and material incubation
• Comply with safety SOPs, SDS sheets, and OSHA regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and aseptic liquid transfers
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for documentation purposes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations including fractions and decimals
• Ability to pass a vision exam (no color blindness, 20/20 near vision)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 90% of the workday
• Ability to wear cleanroom attire and half-faced respirators
