About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the ASPEX Filling training program, ensuring standardized, high-quality training across all shifts.
  • Design, schedule, deliver, and track technical training modules for consistent onboarding.
  • Develop training materials, curricula, and knowledge assessments for standard operating procedures.
  • Run a train-the-trainer program and qualify area trainers for content delivery.
  • Ensure all training aligns with SOPs, GMPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify training gaps and drive skill development.
  • Provide on-floor coaching and performance feedback to reinforce proper techniques.
  • Track training completion, qualifications, and re-certification requirements using approved systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 years; Associate's +4 years).
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Knowledge of SOPs and GMPs.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and aseptic filling operations, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently across shifting schedules while maintaining consistency and accountability.
