Aseptic Filling Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct cGMP manufacturing of sterile pharmaceutical dosage forms for commercial manufacturing
• Work hands-on under ISO7 and ISO5 areas using various manufacturing production equipment and technologies
• Perform production equipment set-up and filling operations aseptically in ISO5 areas
• Document tasks in cGMP logbooks and Batch Records following "Real Time and Right First Time" principles
• Prepare for production runs by reviewing schedules and identifying batch-specific requirements
• Operate and troubleshoot processing equipment
• Ensure compliance with company Safety Policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 2 years of Pharma/Biotech Manufacturing Support experience
• 1 year of experience within Clean Room environments
• 2 years of experience working in ISO 5 areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification in a related field
