About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement sales programs to meet business objectives within the ASC Rocky Mountain Region.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and maximize revenue and profitability opportunities.
  • Lead and execute cross-divisional ASC deals by connecting targeted customers with the Stryker sales force.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Contracting Solutions to streamline execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ASC customers and Stryker sales representatives and internal functions.
  • Grow the Stryker ASC program by converting competitive accounts and non-ASC Stryker customers.
  • Identify and propose sales, program, and service solutions that meet specific customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with ASC key decision-makers, including executive staff and administration.
  • Perform consultative business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide sales performance updates to sales and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of related sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data from various sources.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that contribute to business objectives.
  • Demonstrated excellence in presentation creation and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in medical marketing or related field sales.
  • Experience in GPO and IDN sales management.
