ASC Promotions Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Generate engaging activity and interactions on social media platforms to increase ASC following.
• Create original digital and print content, including campaigns, educational posts, and newsletters.
• Record and share photos, videos, and audio of ASC events and service offerings.
• Design promotional materials using tools like Canva, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and class visits to increase service utilization.
• Implement themed displays and decorations for the ASC space and campus community.
• Collaborate with ASC staff to align promotional efforts with departmental strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of creativity and ability to design engaging content.
• Strong project management skills and personal accountability.
• Technology savvy with an interest in learning new digital tools and apps.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in promotions, marketing, or customer service.
• Familiarity with the specific functions and services offered by the Academic Success Center.

Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $16.90.
• One hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours worked (accrual limits apply).
