ASC Charge RN - Surgery Center

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the vascular surgery center
• Supervise and direct facility staff, including Staff RNs, Radiology Technologists, and Front Desk Coordinators
• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures to ensure high-quality care
• Manage daily staffing schedules, patient care assignments, and staff training
• Oversee medication management, including ordering, inventory control, and controlled substance documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all state and federal regulatory requirements
• Monitor patient care for adherence to facility policies and assist with clinical workflows as needed
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and regulatory accreditation surveys

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• Current state RN licensure
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a medical or vascular access environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and medical database software
• Ability to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) or Vascular Access Lab
• Experience in Interventional Radiology, scrub, or ICU/CCU settings
• ASC certification
