Asbestos Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance and personal air testing, including reassurance and leak testing
• Undertake 4 Stage clearances, smoke testing, and visual inspections
• Perform DCU clearances
• Comply with quality systems and cooperate with the QC department
• Complete required calibration and audit schedules
• Collect and analyse samples following established protocols
• Accurately document and report findings
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Site experience in analytical and laboratory bulk analysis
• Valid P403, P404 certification or RSPH equivalent
• Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and software
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
