Asbestos Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials
• Accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures
• Assess identified asbestos risks and advise clients on removal or safe management
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure effective communication and timely reporting
• Support quality assurance activities including audits and corrective actions

Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402)
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation and regulations
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and survey software
• Valid UK driving license
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
