Asbestos Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials
• Accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures
• Assess identified asbestos risks and advise clients on removal or safe management
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure effective communication and timely reporting
• Support quality assurance activities, including audits and corrective actions

Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402)
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, regulations, and guidelines
• Proficient computer skills including survey software and Microsoft Office
• Valid UK driving license
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
