AR/VR Technical QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive manual testing across AR/VR hardware and software platforms
• Evaluate performance, tracking fidelity, stability, and overall user experience
• Identify, reproduce, and document software and hardware defects
• Investigate SDK and API-related issues and analyze runtime logs
• Diagnose Quest Link, Air Link, and Steam Link connectivity issues
• Deploy and validate APKs and Windows applications using ADB and command-line tools
• Review builds and projects within Unity and Unreal Engine
• Create detailed Jira tickets with logs, screenshots, and telemetry

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Software QA, Hardware QA, Technical Support, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Windows 10/11 environments
• Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and diagnostics
• Experience deploying applications across multiple devices and environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AR/VR, gaming, or immersive technology platforms
• Familiarity with Unity and/or Unreal Engine
• Experience with ADB or command-line deployment tools
• Python or PowerShell scripting experience
• Experience with graphics profiling or performance analysis tools
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and low-latency streaming technologies
