Artwork Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Scan the external ecosystem for emerging trends in AI-assisted design, smart packaging, and advanced printing technologies
• Translate industry trends into practical, scalable business opportunities for product innovation
• Design and lead controlled pilots and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new labeling and artwork methodologies
• Support artwork operations leaders with innovative strategies to streamline and optimize processes
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices across the organization
• Evaluate and implement new methodologies to enhance efficiency and competitive advantage in the CPG space

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in labeling, packaging, design, or adjacent innovation roles
• Proven knowledge of printing technologies and pre-press processes
• Technical curiosity regarding design systems, printing technology, and AI/digital tools
• Strong innovation mindset with the ability to translate research into execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
