Artistic Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, program, and execute cultural projects and scenic montages using project management methodologies.
• Analyze project ideas to define specific objectives and determine the feasibility of proposed projects.
• Determine and manage necessary human, technical, and material resources, including the hiring and supervision of vendors.
• Organize production resources through detailed work plans, ensuring efficient use of space and time.
• Supervise the maintenance and use of costumes, props, audio equipment, and other production materials.
• Develop and monitor production budgets (estimated vs. actual) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate production processes and final products to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
• Ensure projects provide a formative learning experience for participating students based on the TEC 21 competency model.
• Coordinate the design and production of costumes, props, and graphic materials for marketing and communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Show Production, Communication, Business Administration (with project management focus), Cultural Management, or Entertainment Industry Management.
• Proven experience leading cultural or artistic projects.
• At least one year of experience in executive production.
• Experience in leadership roles such as stage director, technical director, or head of specific artistic/logistical areas.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
