Artist Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage premier voice-over artists aligned with the Ideal Contributor Profile
• Execute high-touch outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, industry communities, and global job boards
• Drive measurable increases in artist signups through consistent, high-volume outreach
• Track activity, conversion rates, and quality alignment to optimize sourcing ROI
• Maintain a structured database of global recording studios and agencies
• Cultivate high-trust relationships with studios and navigate representation structures
• Partner with Marketing to lead sourcing initiatives within professional creative forums
• Provide leadership with regional insights to inform long-term artist strategy

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or community-driven growth
• Proven experience engaging high-level creative professionals
• Ability to interpret performance metrics to refine outreach strategy
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach platforms
• High-level ability to prioritize leads based on strategic demand
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in independent roles
• International sourcing experience or multilingual proficiency is a plus
