About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate music production courses within the Department of Music and Worship Arts
  • Provide professional audio, video, and lighting services for concerts, events, and professional music recordings
  • Support the Regent Center for Performing Arts through live event technologies and post-production services
  • Mentor students pursuing careers in music and worship arts through practical, hands-on instruction
  • Contribute to a Christ-centered teaching and learning environment

Requirements

  • Demonstrated professional experience in music and event production
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: audio production/post-production, video production/post-production, or lighting and live event technologies
  • Appropriate academic degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses and utilize online instructional technology
  • Strong commitment to Christian faith and the mission of Regent University

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both live and recorded music environments
  • Potential for academic scholarship and contribution to the field
  • Ability to teach across the music production curriculum
