Responsibilities

• Create a unique customer experience by performing live leathercraft demonstrations in our flagship boutique.
• Handcraft leather accessories from preparation to final finishing, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Present artisanal techniques, materials, and production steps clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with personalization options and communicate production timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with the retail sales team to ensure a seamless and memorable client journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace suitable for a luxury retail environment.
• Participate in internal training sessions to deepen product knowledge and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a luxury house or a professional leather workshop.
• Mastery of artisanal leathercraft techniques, including stitching, edge finishing, marking, and thermoforming.
• Exceptional precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers while working.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Spanish language skills are considered a significant asset.
