Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and finish high-end leather goods including bags, small leather goods, and belts
• Perform manual and machine leather cutting, skiving, and preparation of pieces
• Execute machine and hand sewing operations and mount technical accessories such as hardware and reinforcements
• Execute high-end finishing tasks including edge tinting, smoothing, polishing, and hot stamping
• Conduct rigorous quality control at every stage of production to ensure impeccable aesthetic standards
• Support the industrialization process by participating in the creation of production files, prototypes, and assembly validations
• Propose technical solutions for assembly evolutions, material choices, and process optimizations

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar leather goods manufacturing role
• Experience working within a luxury or high-end brand, or as an independent artisan
• Mastery of leather assembly, sewing, and manufacturing techniques
• Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, including usage and maintenance
• Fluent in French

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in industrialization or product development environments
