Artificial Turf Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on FieldTurf synthetic turf systems
• Diagnose issues and deliver timely, effective solutions to exceed customer expectations
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and outstanding service
• Educate field owners and operators on proper maintenance techniques and equipment usage
• Collaborate with FieldCare Coordinators, Customer Service, and sales teams to provide seamless support
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles to brand standards
• Utilize technology platforms including Outlook, Concur, and Field Service Lightning for scheduling and reporting

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation
• Strong computer skills for email, reporting, and team collaboration
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight stays
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
