Artificial Lift Systems Field Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute operations of ESP and surface equipment in the field, ensuring compliance with integrity, quality, and safety standards.
• Install, run, inspect, modify, and repair ESP equipment, including pumps, motors, cables, and relevant downhole equipment.
• Perform pre-commissioning checks and tests to ensure successful start-up and continuous operation.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, safety precautions, and maintenance of ESP equipment.
• Install, operate, and maintain Y-tool and VSD systems.
• Partner with the contract engineering team to support technical events.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in ESP or 2 years of experience in AccessESP or rigless operations.
• Technical related Degree or Diploma.
• Proven experience in downhole installation and troubleshooting of ESP systems in the field.
• Hands-on experience with Y-tool and VSD systems.
• Ability to work on a rotational basis.
• Industry experience and product line training specifically in ESP.
