Artificial Intelligence Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide AI adoption initiative and refine the group-wide AI strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Oversee the execution of AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI targets.
• Run a structured intake process to build a pipeline of AI use cases with clear problem statements and data needs.
• Drive cultural and organizational change through communication plans, training sessions, and an AI champions network.
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy, ethics, and UAE regulations.
• Manage relationships with external technology providers such as Microsoft and Oracle to evaluate and integrate new AI tools.
• Report quarterly progress, KPI performance, and key risks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in technology or digital transformation roles.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically leading AI initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing AI/ML or data analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, HCM), cloud platforms, and AI tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Oracle AI, or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong project and change management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
