Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI and machine learning solutions to address fixed income investment and business problems
• Implement generative AI techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and LLM-based workflows
• Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models using appropriate frameworks
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and engineer features
• Work closely with portfolio managers and researchers to translate investment problems into data science solutions
• Contribute to the deployment of models into production systems, including APIs and scalable pipelines
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles, including model interpretability and data governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in machine learning or data science
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or LangChain
• Solid understanding of machine learning foundations, including linear algebra, probability, and statistics
• Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, or Time Series analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git/GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services or working with large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience with large-scale distributed data analytics engines and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)
