Responsibilities

• Prepare and review final files for print and digital production, ensuring compliance with all technical specifications
• Adapt creative concepts to multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with creative teams to identify and resolve technical design challenges before production
• Ensure quality control for typography, colorimetry, bleeds, and image resolution in every deliverable
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet dynamic deadlines
• Optimize final art workflows to improve efficiency in adaptation and material output

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in final art, pre-press, or graphic production
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Deep knowledge of color profiles (CMYK, RGB), output formats, and file preparation for print and digital media
• Advanced English proficiency (indispensable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in digital pre-press, photo retouching, or color management
