Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for healthcare clients including physicians, patients, and payers
• Collaborate with copy supervisors, account managers, and medical strategists on integrated marketing campaigns
• Ensure visual materials are scientifically accurate and compliant with regulatory guidelines like FDA and AMA
• Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating strategic design rationale
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Participate in new business pitches and contribute to winning proposals
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare advertising

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of art direction or design experience in a healthcare advertising agency
• Portfolio showcasing diverse healthcare visual design work and strong conceptual thinking
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into engaging visual communications
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats
