Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate art and design direction across various projects, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
• Take full responsibility for concept and art/design development for projects of varying complexity
• Mentor and grow junior creative team members by providing constructive feedback and expanding their industry knowledge
• Act as a strategic liaison between creative teams and account management to meet project expectations
• Distill complex scientific information into compelling and clear data visualizations
• Present and defend creative work both internally and to external clients
• Manage workloads for direct reports to ensure high quality and adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with planning, UX, and development teams to ensure total project alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field
• 6+ years of design experience within an agency setting
• 2-3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
• Proven experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and DTP (Direct-to-Physician) environments
• Strong conceptual skills and mastery of multichannel creative development
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma is ideal
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements
• Strong presentation and communication skills
