Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate art/design direction across the team
• Provide constructive feedback to junior-level creatives
• Develop multichannel creative solutions with strong conceptual thinking
• Distill complex scientific information into compelling data visualizations
• Act as a liaison between creative and account team members
• Present and defend creative work to internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members to expand their industry knowledge
• Collaborate with planning, UX, and development teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
• 6+ years of design experience within an agency
• 2-3 years of pharmaceutical agency experience
• Proven experience in DTC/DTP environments
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Figma is ideal
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements
• Strong conceptual and art direction skills
