Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for concept and art/design development across various projects
• Act as a liaison between creative and junior/mid-level account team members
• Ensure work adheres to brand standards and FDA regulations
• Present and defend creative work internally and externally
• Monitor workload of direct reports to ensure quality and timelines
• Lead and elevate design/art direction across the team
• Distill complex scientific information into compelling data visualizations
• Mentor and grow junior team members

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in art direction or design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with multichannel creative development
• Ability to lead art direction across various scopes and channels
• Strong conceptual skills and strategic/business acumen
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Experience with pharmaceutical promotion requirements and FDA regulations
