Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for concept and art/design development across various pharmaceutical projects.
• Lead and elevate art direction across projects of varying scope, complexity, and channel.
• Mentor and grow junior design talent by providing constructive feedback and expanding their industry knowledge.
• Act as a direct liaison between creative and account teams to meet strategic and creative expectations.
• Distill complex scientific information into compelling, clear data visualizations.
• Present and defend creative work both internally and to external clients.
• Ensure all work adheres to brand standards, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting pharmaceutical clients.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to provide a wide range of creative solutions.
• Advanced understanding of design principles and multichannel creative development.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior-level creatives.
• Solid knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical advertising requirements.
• Proficiency in file-building/management best practices and estimating project hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HCP (Healthcare Professional) accounts.
• Experience with product launches and label updates.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
