Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for concept and art/design development across various projects of varying complexity and scope.
• Lead and elevate art direction across multiple channels to create a cohesive brand experience.
• Mentor and grow junior design talent by providing constructive feedback and expanding their industry knowledge.
• Act as a direct liaison between creative and account teams to meet strategic and creative expectations.
• Distill complex scientific information into compelling and clear data visualizations.
• Present and defend creative work to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Monitor team workloads and manage project timelines to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional creative experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign for digital and print formats.
• Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to bring diverse creative solutions to projects.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Proven ability to lead art direction and manage multichannel creative work.
• Strong data visualization skills to communicate complex information.
• Experience in estimating project hours and managing utilization targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical marketing industry.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
• Interest and experience in leveraging emerging AI tools to support creative workflows.
• Experience with product launches and label updates.
