Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for concept and art/design development across various pharmaceutical projects.
• Act as a direct liaison between creative and junior/mid-level account team members to meet strategic expectations.
• Lead and elevate art direction across projects of varying scope and complexity to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Mentor and grow junior team members by providing constructive feedback and expanding their industry knowledge.
• Present and defend creative work both internally and externally to clients.
• Ensure all work adheres to brand standards, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Utilize advanced design principles to transform complex scientific information into compelling data visualizations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional creative experience.
• Mandatory experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to provide diverse creative solutions.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Mastery of file-building, management best practices, and multichannel creative development.
• Ability to manage workloads and estimate hours for oneself and direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both HCP (Healthcare Professional) and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) campaigns.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
• Interest in leveraging emerging AI tools to support and elevate creative work.
