About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-the-ground production lead for the art team across character concept, environment, animation, VFX, UI, and technical art
  • Develop and maintain detailed art production schedules aligned with game development roadmaps and milestones
  • Partner with Development, Design, Engineering, and Art Leadership to scope and prioritize art deliverables
  • Track daily progress, clear blockers, and ensure high-quality asset delivery on time
  • Manage artist task assignments and monitor production capacity, dependencies, and risks
  • Implement scalable workflows for asset review, approvals, and handoff processes
  • Collaborate with the Outsource Manager to track external deliverable schedules and quality
  • Lead regular art production meetings, reviews, and status updates
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, task boards, and project reports

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Producer or Production Manager in interactive entertainment or video games
  • Proven experience building production schedules and managing milestone deliverables
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and art production workflows
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and ShotGrid
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams and external partners
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple game art disciplines within a development environment
  • Familiarity with co-development or outsourcing pipelines
  • Experience with animated content, cinematics, or motion production workflows
  • Experience supporting pre-visualization (Previs) production processes
