Responsibilities

• Conceive and create age-appropriate curricula for art classes
• Design outcome-based lesson plans
• Specify necessary materials for successful course execution
• Arrive at classes punctually
• Create memorable experiences to help children develop a passion for art
• Foster student growth and understanding of artistic expression

Requirements

• Proven experience as an art instructor
• Deep experience teaching school-age children
• Experience leading independent classes
• Ability to build positive class communities and student relationships
• Strong work ethic and flexible mindset
• Provision of at least two references
