Art Director

Responsibilities

• Provide artistic leadership and drive the overall vision of the project
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Product Managers to define long-term visual strategy
• Maintain high standards across in-house teams and external contractors
• Design and maintain visual stylistics for game features
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and creative excellence
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to integrate visual solutions into the development pipeline

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Lead or Art Director in the game industry
• Portfolio demonstrating released projects
• Expertise in concepts, environments, characters, vehicles, lighting, UI/UX, VFX, and animation
• Strong sense of scene composition, color, and lighting
• Solid understanding of game development principles and modern pipelines
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX direction
• Proven track record in managing and leading diverse art teams
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting
