About the role
Responsibilities
- Work on campaigns from brief to execution, creating high-quality visual content for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines (CI) while experimenting with new static and animated formats
- Participate actively in brainstorms and creative reviews, contributing fresh ideas and visual perspectives
- Present ideas internally and to clients
- Independently manage projects from brief to final delivery
- Track cultural trends, platform changes, and design best practices for specific channels
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director with a portfolio showcasing work for major brands and 360° campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Understanding of how design decisions impact storytelling and brand engagement
- Practical experience or curiosity regarding AI tools for creative support
- Strong presentation skills
