Art Director

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop visual creative concepts for integrated advertising campaigns across digital, traditional, and point-of-sale media
• Lead brainstorming sessions and present creative proposals to clients and internal teams
• Supervise and guide designers and creative teams to ensure execution excellence
• Create layouts, storyboards, and visual concept presentations
• Direct photo and video productions in coordination with photographers, producers, and stylists
• Ensure visual consistency with brand identity and quality standards
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers on integrated campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Participate in new business pitches with innovative concepts

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Visual Arts, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere for motion graphics and video supervision
• Experience with Figma or Sketch for digital experience design
• Advanced English proficiency
