Art Director

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creative ideation, developing concepts and visual approaches that respond to strategic and business briefs
• Translate creative briefs into clear layouts, visual systems, and production-ready assets
• Deliver high-quality design and visual execution across digital, social, and event assets
• Ensure all outputs are on-brand, consistent, and compliant with Microsoft guidelines and accessibility standards
• Support adaptation of global concepts for local markets while maintaining consistency
• Review and refine designs to ensure clarity, quality, and brand alignment
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Copywriters, and Project Teams to deliver integrated work

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing design craft and foundational art direction skills
• Ability to interpret business briefs and translate them into engaging creative solutions
• Experience working within established brand guidelines or design systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Understanding of digital formats, layout, and motion principles
• High attention to detail and ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
• Proficiency in Generative AI Tools
