Art Director

Responsibilities

• Develop the visual appearance of campaigns
• Brainstorm with Planning, Account Management, and Creative teams to develop concepts
• Conduct research to stay up to date with latest communication trends
• Provide creative ideas that fit clients’ needs
• Attend client presentations and promote concepts
• Attend photo shoots and recordings to ensure creative requirements are applied
• Supervise and train junior members of the Creative team
• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• BA/BS in Advertising Design, Graphic Design or similar major
• 4-6 years of experience as an Art Director in an Advertising Agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating versatility
• Knowledge of print and broadcast production processes
• Knowledge of typography
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Photographic skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
