Art Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director, Planners, and Content Creators to conceive high- and low-production campaigns
• Execute creative ideas across all marketing channels, including PR, Social, Paid Media, Ecomm, and In-Store
• Lead creative productions by briefing and managing external partners such as photographers, illustrators, and production companies
• Plan and execute studio and location photo shoots in coordination with producers and leadership
• Oversee the development of creative guidelines to ensure consistent regional execution of global concepts
• Guide the post-production process, including asset selection and retouching
• Mentor and develop junior members of the Creative Services team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field of study
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
• High proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, and Acrobat on Mac
• Extensive experience directing and overseeing both studio and location photo shoots
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and video storytelling
• Proven ability to create proof of concepts for still photography and moving imagery (GIFs, video)
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
