Art Director

Responsibilities

• Execute and direct creative work across multiple media formats including print, video, 3D, interactive, and social.
• Design and advocate from the user’s perspective to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Maintain brand integrity and excellence across all online and offline materials.
• Provide fresh, unique, and strategic thinking for brand marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop conceptual approaches that meet client objectives.
• Communicate creative concepts and design rationale clearly to teams and clients.
• Act as a brand steward to ensure consistency throughout each project and assigned account.

Requirements

• College degree in visual communications or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-6 years of experience in digital and print design or advertising.
• A strong portfolio or website demonstrating advertising, print, and digital design work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Thorough understanding of UX, Accessibility guidelines, and Responsive Web Design.
• Proven experience concepting and designing specifically for Pharmaceutical Advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
