About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate original, strategically grounded ideas for integrated campaigns
- Partner with copywriters and creative teammates to develop concepts from brief to execution
- Lead the visual articulation of big ideas across digital, social, print, video, and experiential touchpoints
- Create campaign systems and stories that flex across multiple channels
- Balance conceptual thinking with hands-on creative development, including mockups and layouts
- Present work with clarity and confidence to clients and leadership
- Act as a brand steward, upholding brand integrity and following guidelines rigorously
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, layout, typography, and conceptual thinking
- Ability to design for digital-first and traditional advertising formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience or curiosity regarding AI-driven tools and generative platforms
- Solid understanding of visual design principles and social platform trends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design
- Proficiency in Figma
