Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction across films, animations, still imagery, and Unreal Engine applications
• Own storyboarding, color grading, and the overall visual direction of CG imagery
• Oversee quality control and post-production for final imagery and film deliverables
• Partner with the Project Director to define creative approaches and present concepts to clients
• Lead, mentor, and motivate artists while managing output and workflows
• Research new tools, technologies, and creative practices to drive innovation

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization, CG, or related disciplines
• Advanced working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Experience with camera matching and tracking for still and moving imagery
• Proven experience mentoring artists and leading creative teams
• Strong artistic eye for composition, lighting, and photography
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to defend creative decisions
