Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of advanced visual solutions across digital and production-oriented initiatives
• Establish and maintain comprehensive visual standards to ensure cohesion across all digital and physical outputs
• Oversee the development of visual assets, including digital interfaces, production graphics, and motion elements
• Review and approve all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and technical excellence
• Lead and mentor senior and junior designers, motion specialists, and production artists
• Present creative concepts and production-ready visuals to clients and internal leadership

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative work, or art direction
• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Experience in digital design for web, mobile, and social media platforms
• Knowledge of print production processes and quality control
• Experience in creating motion graphics or working with video editing software
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
