Responsibilities

• Execute and own the visual identity work for all new FlightStory media brands to bring brand worlds to life across every touchpoint.
• Build living brand playbooks that serve as functional decision-making frameworks for all teams.
• Implement AI and self-serve infrastructure, including templates and brand-trained models, to optimize design workflows.
• Develop and lead a team of Designers (Senior to Midweight) across new media brands.
• Translate brand strategy and creator vision into a cohesive visual language.

Requirements

• Proven experience in art direction, brand design, or building creative platforms from the ground up.
• Ability to art direct shoots, brief motion designers, and handle graphic design tasks.
• Proficiency with AI design tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
• Deep obsession with typography, color palettes, and visual framing.
• Experience working with creators, talent, high-profile individuals, or brands.
• A portfolio demonstrating how design decisions lead to final outputs and holistic brand worlds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in brand design at a creative agency or as an in-house art director.
• A strong curiosity for culture, trends, and diverse visual inspirations beyond standard design references.
