Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal initiatives across eComm, social, and influencer channels
• Partner with senior leadership to shape campaign narratives and creative strategy
• Collaborate with Studio Operations to manage casting, styling, set direction, and post-production
• Guide and mentor designers, content creators, and stylists to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee the evolution of visual identity and maintain brand guidelines
• Review and provide feedback on all outbound brand visuals including social, site, paid, and email assets

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in art direction or visual design within fashion, lifestyle, or eComm
• 2–3 years in a team leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, eComm, social, and digital design work
• Experience directing photo and video shoots (casting, styling, lighting, post-production)
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of Figma, motion, or video editing tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA
