Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision and visual direction for high-impact, on-brand creative solutions across multiple media platforms.
• Own the creative and visual direction for various collaterals, including brochures, infographics, motion graphics, and social media content.
• Provide creative leadership and coaching to design teams to elevate brand-building and strategic execution.
• Produce strategically sound conceptual work through rapid prototyping, storyboarding, and post-production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and digital marketing teams to lead creative brainstorms and align with business objectives.
• Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines while meeting quality, budget, and deadline expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, web standards, and pop culture to drive exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall professional experience in a fast-paced global environment.
• Proven experience in art direction within leading creative agencies or in-house brand teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Extensive experience working across digital, social, and integrated media platforms.
• Strong visual design capabilities and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead project discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of other industry-standard design software and tools.
• Experience managing and developing junior creative talent.
• Experience working with global clients and large-scale B2B brands.
