Art Director

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute integrated creative campaigns across digital, print, animation, and video
• Manage the creative process and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Create compelling presentation documents to communicate design ideas
• Manage two direct reports with support from the Creative Director
• Maintain organized files and archiving habits for efficient collaboration
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an Art Director in an agency or in-house role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in packaging design
• Proficiency in Figma and project management tools
• Proven experience in conceptual development of retail programming
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high design standards and a refined aesthetic
• Leadership experience with ability to delegate tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries such as alcohol, cannabis, pharma, or tobacco
• Familiarity with large-scale retail environments
