Art Director

Responsibilities

• Drive art direction across all creative projects, from brand expression and visual concepting to hands-on digital and print production.
• Partner with the creative team to drive ideation and present work confidently to marketing and senior leadership.
• Design and oversee the production of marketing assets across digital channels (social, email, web, paid media) and offline formats.
• Provide art direction for video and photo productions, from brief development through final execution.
• Champion innovative creative solutions by staying ahead of digital trends, platform shifts, and emerging AI tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a global marketing team to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work and mastery of visual design.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and an up-to-date understanding of AI workflows.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and familiarity with front-end development technologies.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with art direction within video and photo shoot productions.
• Experience working with global brands and campaigns across US, European, and Latin American markets.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
