Art Director, Creative

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute creative across campaigns, product launches, and always-on marketing from idea through final delivery
• Collaborate with Copy and Creative leadership to develop innovative, integrated, cross-channel concepts
• Translate brand strategy into clear, scalable visual systems across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Design and art direct across digital, social, email, web, OOH, and product storytelling
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video productions, including on-set art direction
• Manage the post-production process, including photography selects and retouching notes
• Manage and develop designers, providing clear feedback and supporting professional growth
• Cultivate and manage relationships with external photographers, directors, and illustrators

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in-house or at a creative agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across brand and performance work
• Experience supporting or leading art direction for photo and video shoots
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing or mentoring designers
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or managing athlete relationships, talent, or partnerships
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day creative tasks
