Responsibilities

• Push the work forward creatively while protecting the integrity of the brand
• Own the art direction and visual standards of social and content channels
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and development for the content team
• Evolve the social look and feel into a coherent, scalable system
• Use insights, reporting, and creative reviews to inform future content
• Partner with producers, creators, and marketers to deliver intentional, elevated work

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in art direction, content, or brand creative roles
• Clear ownership of social or digital content
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing creative teams
• Strong portfolio showing a consistent visual POV and high craft
• Deep understanding of social as a creative medium
• Ability to translate performance reporting into creative direction
